Cancellation Policy

At Elisha's Nails and Beauty, we value your time and ours. Appointment times are reserved especially for you, and last-minute changes impact both our team and other clients who may be waiting for an opening.

To ensure fairness to all clients and our staff, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Preferred Cancellation Notice:
   We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client.

2.  Cancellations Within 24 Hours:

3. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

4. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows:
   If you cancel on the same day as your appointment or fail to attend (no-show), you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

5. Late Arrivals:
   If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to carry out your full treatment as booked.

   • In some cases, we may still be able to perform a shortened version of your treatment within the remaining appointment time.

   • The full treatment charge will still apply, as the time was reserved specifically for you.

6. Payment of Fees:
   Any cancellation or no-show fees will be invoiced and must be paid in full before booking future appointments.

7. Deposits for Future Appointments:
   If you have previously missed an appointment or cancelled with short notice, we may require a deposit for any future bookings to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your treatment cost and is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours or fail to show up.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we’ll always take genuine emergencies into consideration. However, this policy ensures that we can continue offering the best possible service to all our clients while respecting everyone’s time.
